My dear friends,
We are very sad to inform that our Patient Mrs. Sultana of Tughlakabad Extension, who was suffering from Breast Cancer and with secondary of the disease developed on lungs, died at 2.00 PM today, i.e., 2nd October 2010 at her home. We visited her relatives and family, comprising of her two daughters and tried to console them. Let us also pray for a painless life in her heavenly abode for the departed soul.

Sultana a woman in her silence always try to offer a smile when ever the team visit her.Her elder daughter was a great relief to her as the daughter clould look after her mother with utmost care and love nevertheless they undergo a social and economic hardships.The tearful eyes of sultana's daughter still remains in our minds when we said adue to Sultana with a spiritual note in that night..
