'Beyond Hospital' - A Palliative Care sensitization to the Nursing Community of Safdarjung Hospital on 13th March 2013

It was an informal occasion/gathering where DNipCare could convey the message of Palliative Home Care to a group of about 100 very much learned and experienced Nurses of Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi on 13th March 2013.

Though it was like an attempt to teach fishes to swim, the response from the great Nursing community was overwhelming and enthusiastic.  In addition to Mr. Suresh Thaliyaril of Safdarjung Hospital, many of the Nurses like Mrs. Serene Wilsnet, Mrs. Gayatri, Mrs. Shashi Bala, Mrs. A Joseph, Mrs. Padma Prakash etc are already associated with DNipCare and providing voluntary services to the long term, bedridden, terminally ill patients in different parts of Delhi.

So once again the Palliative family under DNipCare is grateful to the commitment and sincerity of the Nursing Community as a whole.
