musical entertainment for the suffering Cancer Patients and their bystanders provided by the We Care, NSS Hindu College Health Wing in association with DNipCare

It was a well organized musical entertainment for the suffering Cancer Patients and their bystanders by the Volunteers of  'We Care', Health Wing of NSS Hindu College, Delhi University in association with DNipCare in Sir Soba Singh Dharmashala of Delhi State Cancer Institute on 16th September 2018.

By ensuring consistency, the NSS Wing is volunteering for the Cancer Patients on their third successive year this time.  Students have now decided to scale up  the activities focusing more on preventive protocols as well in the community.  Dr. Abdul Mannan, Joint Director of the Delhi State Cancer Institute, on an informal chat, has also expressed his appreciation on the students' initiative and agreed to explore the possibilities of capacity building of the students for propagation of Cancer Prevention to the masses.

Observing World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD) and Volunteers' Monthly Review Meeting with Interactive Talk sesion on "Stress, Depression & Anxiety attacks" on 08th September 2018



On the eve of the World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD), the Listening Community comprising professionals and students of Psychology observed the day by creating awareness on the efficacy of listening and thereby providing an opportunity to the suffering individuals to vent out their tied up emotions. 

Followed with this the first Interactive Talk session on "Stress, Depression & Anxiety attacks" as a part of the series of Mental Health Talks was also held by Psychologists from Listening Community in association with DNipCare during Volunteers' Monthly Review Meeting at 5.30 PM on 8th September 20018 in Kerala Club, M-67, Connaught Place, New Delhi. 

Abdul Gafoor & Sharat led the interactive session coordinated by KV Hamza.  PK Abdul Kareem welcomed the audience.
