Cancer Awareness & Palliative Care Sensitization for Slum Dwellers in Manasarovar Pak, Delhi on 25th May 2019



The DNipCare held a Cancer Awareness & Palliative Care Sensitization Campaign  at the SunShine Children of Hope, Manasarovar Park, Delhi in association with Prachodana Social Service Society on 25th May 2019. 
Sister Rose inaugurated and presided over the Campaign.  Dr.Anjana Saxena, Ex-Deputy Commissioner, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, KV Hamza, General Secretary, Mr. Cyriac Antony, Treasurer  and Ms. Seema Prasad, Volunteer Coordinator conducted the campaign coordinated by  Mr. Suresh Thaliyaril, Secretary, DNipCare.  Ms. Aiswarya Rajan & Ms. Lincy Johnson, the Student Volunteers also participated in the  Program.

Cancer Awareness & Palliative Care Sensitization for NCC Cadets by DNipCare on 21st May 2019




DNipCare held a Cancer Awareness and Palliative Care Sensitization Program for the NCC Cadets in 3rd Delhi Battalion NCC at B-6, NCC Building, Safdarjung Enclave on 21st May 2019. 

Dr. Jugal Kishore, Head of Department, Community Medicine, VMMC and Safdarjang Hospital did the Cancer Awareness Campaign. 

KV Hamza, General Secretary, DNipCare sensitized the young Cadets on the efficacy of Palliative Care as a not only the way of discharging the individual social responsibility towards the brethren, but also a unifying entity in the Nation building. Over 200 students participated in the program.


Col. Manish Prasad, Commanding Officer, presided over the program attended by Col. Ashok Kumar, Sub. Maj. Prem Singh, Sub. Ramesh Kumar, Training JCO etc., coordinated by Mr. Suresh Thaliyaril, Secretary, DNipCare.

"Nurses Week Celebration 2019" - "Symposium on Palliative Care" for the Nursing Officers of Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Government of NCT Delhi, Khichripur, Delhi on 08th May 2019



 As part of the "Nurses Week Celebration 2019", DNipCare conducted a "Symposium on Palliative Care" by way of Continuing Nursing Education for the Nursing Officers of Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Government of NCT Delhi, Khichripur, Delhi on 08th May 2019.
Dr. Anjana Saxena, Ex-Deputy Commissioner, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Sr. Hanife  Mac Gamwell, Palliative  Care Nurse  Specialist, and  KV Hamza, General Secretary, DNipCare conducted the campaign.  Ms. Vijay Bhandari Assistant Nursing Superintendent presided over the program.  The Campaign was coordinated jointly by Mr. Suresh Thaliyaril, Secretary DNipCare and Ms. Sherly Reji, Nursing Officer Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital.
