DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Medical Camp on 29th June 2025.

 

DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Medical Camp in association with KMWA, Delhi on 29th June 2025 managed by the Volunteers Team of Dr. Shamiya Anwar of AIIMS and Dr. Pawan Kumar of Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi supported by Mr. Nikhil Krishna Prasad, Nursing Officer from Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Mr. Krishna Sankar, Nursing Officer from Safdarjung Hospital, along with other Volunteers  Mr. Soma Sekharan,  Mr. Abdul Kareem, Dr. Bushair MT, Mr. Muhammed Asif,  Miss Arpita Suresh of Ambedkar University and interning with DNipCare, Miss Gopika Suresh of Indraprastha College for Women under Delhi University, Mr. Sahil Suresh of Psychology from ILM University, Greater Noida and also interning, Miss Khushi Farooqui, Mr. Abdul Rahman, Miss Tanya, Miss Anjali.   

Mr. Subu Rahman, President DNipCare visited the Camp, monitored the activities and interacted with all the Volunteers. 

Mr. Sadananda Menon Sir, our respected veteran could not visit our Camp today and the Volunteers missed his interaction.  

Analysis of Number of patients availed consultation and medicines from the Clinic today : 95 patients with the break up of 23 Male, 72 Female, 17 Paediatric and 32 Geriatric patients.

Palliative Care Sensitization & Basic Life Support Training for the Faculties of St. Gregorios School, Dwarka, Delhi by DNipCare on 27th June 2025

With the blessings of the School  Chairman & Vicar of St. Gregorios  Orthodox Church, Janak puri, Rev. Father Pathrose Joy,  the St. Gregorios School, Dwarka held a Palliative Care Sensitization Workshop along with Basic Life Support Training in association with DNipCare for the Faculties of the School on 27th June 2025 under the guidance of Principal Dr. Manoj Kumar.  

Mr. Desanth Chakumbath, Nursing Officer of Safdarjung Hospital imparted the Basic Life Support training including Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation to all the partticipating faculty Members of the School.  Mr. PJ Michael Office Bearer, DNipCare took the Session on Rehabilitation prospects in Palliative Care Scenario while Seema Prasad, the Students Coordinator of DNipCare talked on the role of Women in Palliative Care.  

KV Hamza, Gen. Secretary gave a comprehensive interactive presentation on Palliative Care while Smt. Lekha Anil, DNipCare Volunteer and also Senior Faculty of the School shared her experience on Palliative Care since inception of the organization in Delhi.   Smt. Tanuja Chakraborty, Vice Principal presided over the program and Dr. Ramita Chaudhary, Faculty of the School coordinated the event.
