DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Medical Camp on 27th July 2025.

 

DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Medical Camp in association with KMWA, Delhi on 27th July 2025 managed by the Volunteers Team of Dr. Uvais of Lady Hardinges Hospital, New Delhi, Dr. Timothy Samuel of East West Medical Centre, New Delhi  and Dr. Blesssy of Fortis Escorts Heart Institute, Delhi supported by Mr. Nikhil Krishna Prasad, Nursing Officer from Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, along with other Volunteers  Mr. Abdul Kareem, Mr. Soma Sekharan,  Mr. Nandakumaran, Ms. Khushi Farouqi, Mrs. Ruby, Miss Fathima Lulu of Jamia Millia Islamia, Miss Arpita Suresh of Ambedkar University and interning with DNipCare, Mr. Sahil Suresh of IILM University, Greater Noida and also interning, Miss Farheen Fathima of Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Delhi University interning with DNipCare, other Students Miss Moni, Mr. Muhammed Sohaib, Miss Rehnuma, Miss Anjali, Mr. Ashu, Miss Sanya and Master Yuvraj.   

Mr. Sadananda Menon Sir, our respected veteran could not visit our Camp today also due to his other pre-occupations, but ensured to message his inability.     Our two Interns Miss Arpita and Miss Farheen Fathima have attempted the Internship Evaluation Test today after the Medical Camp, to be eligible for receiving the Internship Certificates.  

Analysis of Number of patients availed consultation and medicines from the Clinic today : 145 patients with the break up of 42 Male, 103 Female, 37 Paediatric and 26 Geriatric patients.

Palliative Care Sensitization and Basic Life Support including CPR under Vidyanjali Scheme for Students of Govt. Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya (Shaheed Capt.Hanifuddin) Mayur Vihar Ph-I Pocket-IV, DelhiMayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi on 26th July 2025

 

Mrs. Rekha Verma, Faculty, Govt. Sarvodaya Bal Vidyalaya (Shaheed Capt.Hanifuddin) Mayur Vihar Ph-I Pocket-IV, Delhi presided over the program.  KV Hamza, Gen. Secretary, DNipCare sensitized the 11th & 12th Standard students on Palliative Care.  Mr. Desanth C, Nursing Officer of Safdarjung Hospital & Volunteer of DNipCare imparted training on Basic Life Support including Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation to the students.  Few students have also been given the opportunity of doing hands on training on CPR with the mannequin brought by DNipCare.  The Interns of DNipCare Miss Bhavya Gupta, Psychology Masters Student of IILM University, Greater Noida and Miss Arpita Suresh, Sociology Student of Dr. BR Ambedkar University shared their Palliative Care Internship experiences withe the students.   Mr. Nandakumaran, Volunteer and Team Member of DNipCare also attended the program.   Vidyanjali is an initiative of Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, for facilitating the community and volunteers to directly connect with the government and government-aided schools to contribute their services and/or assets/ materials/equipments through a dedicated portal.

DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Medical Camp in association with KMWA, Delhi on 20th July 2025 managed by the Volunteers Team of Dr. Pawan Kumar of Maulana Azad Medical College and Dr. Bilal, New Delhi, supported by Mr. Nikhil Krishna Prasad, Nursing Officer from Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Mr. Arun Prakash Nursing Officer of AIIMS, New Delhi, Miss Varsha KV, Counseling Psychologist of Beyond Words, along with other Volunteers  Mr. Soma Sekharan,  Mr. Nandakumaran, Ms. Seema Prasad, Miss Siyana Siyad, Miss Fathima Lulu and Mr. Ehteshamul Haque of Jamia Millia Islamia, Miss Ananya DR and Arpita Suresh of Ambedkar University and interning with DNipCare, Miss Gopika Suresh of Indraprastha College for Women under Delhi University, Miss Bhavya Gupta and Mr. Sahil Suresh of IILM University, Greater Noida and also interning, other Students Miss Moni, Mr. Muhammed Sohail, Miss Rehnuma, Miss Anjali, Miss Sanya and Master Yuvraj.   


Miss Nissa, the Congenital blind patient of Mehrauli came along with her mother to the Camp today as part of our programme of empowering and bringing such patients to the mainstream from the confines of four walls of their homes.  Miss Tamanna Khatun, the Bilateral Glucoma patient has also been brought by the Jamia students Siyana and Ehteshamul Haque to the Camp today.  so it was a very good interaction opportunity for Miss Nissa and Miss Tamanna not only with each other, but  also with all other Volunteers including the Psychologist and the Psychology Students. 

Mr. Sadananda Menon Sir, our respected veteran could not visit our Camp today also due to his native place visit this time, but ensured his call to ask about the Camp and Volunteers.
