DNipCare in association with FOSA, Delhi and Echo India organized "Sensitization Training Programme on Palliative Care for University/College Students" Batch 1, Session 2 on 19th April 2025

 

DNipCare in association with FOSA, Delhi and Echo India Organized the  "Sensitization Training Programme on Palliative Care for University/College Students" Batch 1, Session 2 on 19th April 2025.  

Dr. KB Linge Gowda, Vice Chancellor, Sri Siddhartha  Academy of Higher Education(Deemed to be University) Tumkur, Karnataka was the Special Guest during the occasion and he has spoken on various models of Palliative Care and the necessity of younger generation, especially Student Community to involve in this human care.  

Ms. Govindi Chouhan, Deputy Nursing Superintendent(Retd.), Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Institute of Rotary Cancer Hospital, AIIMS, New Delhi took the Session "Care for Home based patients and different Components of it" for the participants.  She has detailed the Homecare needs, methods, advantages and the expected results in improvement of quality of life of patients through this intervention.

Miss Siyana Siyad, Social Work Student of Jamia Millia Islamia summed up the Session proceedings for the benefit of all the participants.

KV Hamza, General Secretary, DNipCare, welcomed the dignitaries and participants and also moderated the Session.

Mr. Suresh Thaliyaril, Vice President, DNipCare coordinated the Programme.
