Palliative Care Training in New Delhi

Dear friends,
A two day's training program on Palliative Care will be held on Saturday and Sunday, 30th April & 1st May 2011 in New Delhi.
Mr. Saif Sabeel and Mr. Jose Pulimootil, the proficient trainers from Institute of Palliative Medicine, Medical College, Calicut with other Palliative Care experts from Delhi will be imparting training in different sessions to the aspiring volunteers.

The program will be held from 10.00 AM to 5.00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday in MP's Club, South Avenue, New Delhi, which is at a distance of 1 km from Udyog Bhawan Metro Station.

Palliative Care Sensitization in Gurudwara, Shri Guru Singh Sabha, Janta Colony, Shivaji Vihar

DNipCare is conducted a Palliative Care sensitization Campaign at 5 PM on Sunday 24 April 2011 in Gurudwara, Shri Guru Singh Sabha, Janta Colony, Shivaji Vihar, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi-110027 for the people around the area.
Dr. Sandhya Muthumana, Institute of Palliative Medicine, Medical College, Calicut, Kerala along with the Volunteers of DNipCare addressed the audience and created awareness on Palliative Care for long term, bedridden and terminally ill patients.
Talk also included special nursing care requirements for geriatric and paraplegic patients in addition to cancer patients.
