Kerala School, RK Puram, New Delhi Observing World Cancer Day 2019 in association with DNipCare on 04th February 2019
The Kerala School, RK Puram, New Delhi observed the World Cancer Day 2019 in association with DNipCare by sensitizing the students during the morning Assembly in the School. The theme of the Cancer Day is 'I am and I will'
Dr. Jugal Kishore, Director Professor & Head of Department, Community Medicines, Vardhaman Mahaveera Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital led the team and made the main speech. Dr. Sneha Ranjan, Assistant Professor, North Delhi Medical College and Hindu Rao Hospital, KV Hamza, Gen. Secretary, DNipCare, Mr. Syam Kumar, Joint Secretary to the Government of Kerala and Norka Roots, Delhi also spoke on the prevention, curative and Palliative Care in Cancer. Mrs. Meera S Nair, Principal, Kerala School presided over the function. Mr. Suresh Thaliyaril, Secretary DNipCare and Mrs. Reshma Sunil, Faculty Kerala School coordinated the program. Ms. Mehrunnissa and Ms. Tanya, Student Volunteers of DNipCare also participated in the event to sensitize the students.
