Diseases Awareness for Ageing people by Helpage India in association with DNipCare in DMRC Shelter Home, Govindpuri, Delhi on 21st September 2019
The Helpage India conducted a Diseases Awareness for the Aeging people in association with DNipCare on 21st September 2019 in DRMC Shelter Home, Govindpuri. Dr. Shihla Sherin of Lady Hardinge Medical College headed the team comprising Mr. Abdul Gafoor, Clinical Psychologist, KV Hamza, General Secretary, Mr. Suresh Thaliyaril, Secretary, Ms. Seema Prasad, Volunteer Coordinator, Ms. Monika Dhyani, Ms. Riya and Ms. Shristi, students from IGNOU and DU.
Ms. Geetika Sengupta of Helpage India inaugurated the program coordinated by Mr. Rohit Kumar. It was a wonderful interactive session for all the ageing participants on getting them heard describing their physical and emotional issues by the Volunteers of DNipCare.

We are really sorry to inform that Mrs. Manjeet Kaur, (55) one among our Palliative family members, a patient of Multiple sclerosis and resident of Prakash Mohalla, Delhi passed away today evening (10.09.2019) at 4.00 PM as informed by Ms. Shikha Gulati, our Volunteer from the area and who used to visit her with us. Let us all pray for the departed soul.
