DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Clinic on 28th July 2024

DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Clinic in association with KMWA, Delhi on 28th July 2024 managed by the Volunteers Team of Dr. Athira Thampi, IIS, Deputy Director, Doordarshan,  and Dr. Mohamed Sheedh, Radiation Oncologist, Batra Hospital & Medical Research Centre, Delhi supported by Mr. Nikhil Krishna Prasad, Nursing Officer, Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Ms. Pearly Sen, Consultant Bio-Chemist from Jaipur Golden Hospital, Mr. Ajmal Nursing Officer, Safdarjung Hospital, Mr. Harishchandran Shivananda, Dy. Manager, HLL Life Care Ltd,    Miss Mohak Vats, Clinical Psychologist, along with other Volunteers Mr. Antony Cyriac, Mr. Abdul Kareem, Mr. Somasekharan, Ms. Seema Prasad, Miss Beauty, Miss Safa Mariyam, Miss Shabnam Abbasi and Miss Khairunnissa, both from Jamia Millia Islamia, other students, Miss Rehnuma, Miss Raveena, Miss Moni, Miss Anjali, and Master Yuvraj. 

Miss Mohak Vats, Clinical Psychologist provided Psychological intervention including Art Therapy for patients requiring intervention.  Mr. Sadananda Menon Sir, our respected veteran paid a visit to the Clinic despite sultry hot weather and interacted with the Volunteers as usual. 

Dr. Aafreen Azaa Anver and Dr. Adhil Abdulla, both of Community Medicine discipline from Hamdard Institute of Medical Science, Delhi and Lady Hardinge Medical College, New Delhi respectively also visited our Clinic today along with the parents of Dr. Adhil Abdulla. 

Analysis of Number of patients availed consultation and medicines from the Clinic today : 126 patients with the break up of 28 Male, 98 Female, 34 Pediatric and 22 Geriatric patients.

 DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Clinic in association with KMWA, Delhi on 21st July 2024 managed by the Volunteers Team of Dr. Athira Thampi, IIS, Deputy Director, Doordarshan,  Dr. Aafreen Azaa Anver of Hamdard Institute of Medical Science, Delhi and Dr. Nihal Mansoor, supported by Mr. Nikhil Krishna Prasad, Nursing Officer, Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Ms. Pearly Sen, Consultant Bio-Chemist from Jaipur Golden Hospital,  Miss Mohak Vats, Clinical Psychologist, along with other Volunteers Mr. Abdul Kareem, Mr. Somasekharan, Ms. Seema Prasad, Dr. Bushair MT, Mr. Muhammed Asif, Mr. Yunus, Mr. Athul Nair of Lovely Professional University, Mr. Abdul Rahiman from Trilokpuri, Miss Shabnam Abbasi and Miss Khairunnissa, both from Jamia Millia Islamia, Miss Liba Yunus,  other students, Miss Rehnuma, Miss Moni, and Master Yuvraj. 

Our President Mr. Subu Rahman along with his family members visited the Clinic and discussed the nitty gritty with the Volunteers.  His wife Prof. Jaseela Subu of DPSRU monitored the medicine dispensing to the patients.  It was really a good gesture of his son handing over the coin collection made at home to the Clinic for using in Palliative Care and the unused medicines by his daughter for dispensing in the Clinic for the patients. 

Mr. Sadananda Menon Sir, our respected veteran paid a visit to the Clinic as usual and interacted with the Volunteers. 

Mr. Muhammed Ali, Executive Member of DNipCare and Treasurer of KMWA also visited the Clinic to volunteer and supervise.  Mr. Mashood Rahman, Researcher of Ophthalmology Department of AIIMS also visited the Clinic today.

The Certificate of successful completion of Internship of Miss Harini Mongia of BA(Hons.) Social Work from Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Delhi University with DNipCare has been handed over to her by Mr. Muhammed Ali, Executive Member of DNipCare and Treasurer of KMWA during the Clinic.

Analysis of Number of patients availed consultation and medicines from the Clinic today : 100 patients with the break up of 34 Male, 66 Female, 25 Pediatric and 16 Geriatric patients.
