We are very sad to inform that one of our Palliative family members, Mr. Vijay, of Saidapet, Tamil Nadu died at 10.00 PM today, 16th November 2015 in Delhi State Cancer Institute, Dilshad Garden, Delhi.  Let is all pray for the departed soul.
