DNipCare Charitable Palliative OP Medical Camp in association with KMWA, Delhi on 27th September 2026 managed by the Volunteers Team of Dr. Ubaid Salman of Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi, supported by Mr. Nikhil Krishna Prasad, Nursing Officer of Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, along with other Volunteers Mr. Cyriac Antony, Dr. Bushair MT, Mr. Abdul Kareem, Mr. Soma Sekharan, Mr. Nanda Kumaran, Miss Gopika Suresh of Dr. Ambedkar College of Delhi University, Mr. Adwait Krishna, Mr. Akash N Dinesh, both from Dr. Ambedkar University, Mr. Mohammed Khubaib from Jamia Hamdard University, Miss Anjali and Miss Rehnuma.
The following NSS Volunteers of IIT Delhi supported the Camp today and they were; Miss Fareeha Mariyam Abdul Jaleel, Miss Fathima Riya PV, Mr. Karthik Vaishnav, Miss Nafeesa Bano, and Mr. Ramakrishna Gena.
Dr. Arun Unnikrishnan, our former Senior Management Volunteer, visited the Camp today, recollected his experience of volunteering with DNipCare while doing his Doctoral program in IIT Delhi.
Mr. Kaushal Kumar, an ardent well-wisher of DNipCare visited the Camp today and handed over the unused medicines for dispensing to the poor patients.
Mr. U. Sadananda Menon, our veteran Volunteer and well-wisher visited the Camp today and exchanged pleasantries with the Volunteers.
The Pilot run of the "Medical Camp Automation System", is going on smoothly in the Medical Camp, enrolling patients and dispensing medicines to them through the system. With the support of Volunteers, especially the IIT Students, the system is found to be functioning well, though further modules of Doctor's consultation and reporting facilities need to be developed and tested. The system is being developed and supervised by Dr. Bushair MT, Secretary, DNipCare.
Analysis of the number of patients who availed consultation and medicines from the Clinic today: 70 patients, with the break up of 24 Male, 46 Female, 12 paediatric, and 21 Geriatric patients.
