The Executive Meeting of DNipCare held online at 7.00 PM on 29th September 2021 on Zoom Platform. The following Members attended:

The meeting chaired by Shri AT Sainudin, President, discussed about exploring the possibility of restarting the Weekly Palliative Charitable OP Clinic, which was stopped on 15.03.2020 due to outbreak of Covid pandemic. The possibility of starting it at the premise of Alshifa Hospital, authorities of which have already offered the premise to be spared to DNipCare on every Sunday, has also been discussed. However, majority of members were of the opinion that we need to wait since Covid pandemic has not yet vanished completely from the Country and apprehension of a third wave of the disease is still not ruled out.
The matter about providing self attested copy of identity and address proof (PAN & Aadhar Card copy ) of the Executive Members required in connection with applying for extension of Income Tax exemption has been raised by General Secretary and all members present and who have not yet provided it agreed to do it as early as possible.
The meeting discussed about the activities and financial status and expressed the hope that with growing activities, the contributions also may come along.
The World Hospice & Palliative Care Day on 09th October 2021 shall, considering all social distancing norms, be observed with the limited activities under DNipCare and details of which shall be shared with all the members of the organization.
