Cancer Awareness and Palliative Care Sensitization Campaign on Sunday, 03rd July 2022 by St. Thomas Mar Thoma Syrian Church, Karol Bagh, New Delhi in association with DNipCare.

St. Thomas Mar Thoma Syrian Church, Karol Bagh, New Delhi in association with DNipCare held a Cancer Awareness and Palliative Care Sensitization Campaign on Sunday, 03rd July 2022 in the Church.  

Rev. Fr. C.K. Koshy inaugurated the program and Mr. P.B. Saji, Secretary welcomed the audience.  DNipCare Team led by Dr.Ayesha Nawaz Begum, Junior Resident, Safdarjung Hospital Dr. Aparna CK, Mr. Cyriac Antony, DDG, Niti Aayog & Treasurer DNipCare, Mr. Desanth Chakkampath, Nursing Officer, Safdarjung Hospital and Ms. Shyni Chacko, Senior Nursing Officer ESI Hospital, Rohini and Volunteer of DNipCare created awareness to the audience on the preventive and treatment aspects of the disease along with sensitization on Palliative Care for the affected patients.   

Mr. Syamalan Perinchira, Inspector, Delhi Police, renowned Calligraphist, Record holder of Limca Book of World Records for Calligraphy and an ardent Volunteer of DNipCare retired from Government Service on 30th June 2022 has also been honoured with bouquet of flowers and shawl by Rev. Fr. C.K. Koshy during the occasion.

Mr. Suresh Thaliyaril, Secretary DNipCare coordinated the event and Rev. Anish Mathew said Vote of Thanks.
