The Volunteers of DNipCare celebrated the 78th Independence Day and 17th Foundation Day of DNipCare with Cancer Patients under the theme "Freedom from Pain" at Delhi State Cancer Institute, Dilshad Garden, Delhi on 15th August 2024.
Dr. Aafreen Aza Anwar, Mr. Cyriac Antony, Ms. Seema Prasad, Ms. Pearly Sen, Ms. Lekha Anil, Mr. Somasekharan, Mr. Abdul Kareem, Mr. PJ Michael, Mr. Naresh Kumar, Mr. Bhaskar Choudhary, Miss Priya, Jamia Millia Islamia Students Miss Siyana Siyad, Miss Aysha Minu, Mr. Fahas Abdullah, Mr. Adhinan, Mr. Adil Salah, Miss Shabnam Abbasi, Miss Khairunnissa etc., participated in the program.
Fresh fruits packets distributed to the patients in the Hospital and also at Sir Sobha Singh Dharmashala adjacent to the Hospital as part of the celebration of Indian Independence Day.
Further, a Cake was cut by the volunteers celebrating completion of the sixteen years of successful service for the debilitating Patients through Palliative Care under DNipCare, started on 15th August 2008.
